Eight Audio has up to 5 Years warranty (2 for electronics) which covers all costs for you as a customer within the warranty terms. We are also accepting warranty to follow second-hand purchases where the sales receipt is proof of purchase. The new owner needs to acquire this from the original buyer.

The warranty does not cover physical damage or wear directly or indirectly caused by improper use, violence, tampering with or unauthorized access to/servicing of any part of the product.

Out of warranty service
If your Eight Audio product is in need of service but is out of warranty, don’t hesitate to contact us anyway. We can make an estimate as to the costs of the repair. We accept only prepayment for out-of-warranty service.
